Senior Associate Content Management

This role will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization’s visibility, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning through strategic content creation and management. Its responsibility will be to develop and deliver compelling content across various communication channels to effectively communicate key messages, initiatives, and events to both internal and external stakeholders. By leveraging the position’s expertise in content creation, distribution, and analysis, it will contribute to shaping ITFC’s communication strategies while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation Management:
  • Create engaging and impactful content in diverse formats, including articles, videos, infographics, and other collateral, to effectively communicate ITFC’s key messages and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with ITFC business teams, subject matter experts, and relevant stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage the distribution and promotion of content across various communication channels to reach the target audience effectively.
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Internal Communications:
  • Craft speeches, presentations, and other internal communications materials for senior executives and key representatives to maintain consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather updates and news for internal dissemination, ensuring timely and relevant communication to all employees.
  • Manage internal communication platforms and channels, ensuring they are effective tools for fostering employee engagement and alignment with corporate objectives.
Events Support:
  • Provide support in planning, organizing, and executing various events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance ITFC’s visibility and thought leadership in the industry.
  • Assist in developing event marketing and promotional strategies to attract attendees and maximize participation.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analyses to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Planning and Administration:
  • Support the team in budgeting, resource allocation, and project management for communication projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure necessary resources are available for content creation and event management.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and information sharing among different teams to ensure seamless execution of communication initiatives.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Other Certifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
Years of Experience & Language Skills:
  • English and French are compulsory
  • Arabic is optional
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
