Senior Associate Director for Europe, Investor Relations (Fundraising)

The END Fund is looking for a fundraising professional with deep
corporate or foundation partnerships expertise to support the
growth of its European portfolio, as it continues to rapidly scale
and strategically diversify its portfolio of investors (donors) and
NTD investment opportunities. The successful candidate will support
the management of a portfolio of companies, foundations, and
high-net-worth individuals in Europe, and work in collaboration
with the Senior Director to grow this portfolio by driving forward
new business opportunities. We are looking to on-board a candidate
who is a self-starter, excellent communicator, and who thrives in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment.    The Senior Associate
Director will play an integral role in the continued success of the
Investor Relations team and thus, the broader organization’s
high-level financial goals. Together with the Senior Director, they
will develop and execute strategies to cultivate, solicit, and
steward 7 and 8 figure gifts from a portfolio of trusts and
foundations, corporate partners, and high-net-worth individuals in
Europe. A natural and collegial team player, the successful
candidate will be an experienced frontline fundraiser, with a
demonstrated track record securing and delivering on $1m+ strategic
partnerships with corporate or foundation partners, and the
gravitas and acumen to work closely with senior stakeholders.
This position will report directly to the Senior Director,
Investor Relations, but will work cross-departmentally across all
levels to efficiently deliver on their assigned deliverables. The
day-to-day of this position is likely to entail proactive and
reactive donor cultivation and communication (written and verbal),
extensive writing, coordination with other departments to secure
programmatic and financial data needed for proposal development and
reporting, and participation in interdepartmental meetings to
ensure a holistic understanding of the organization’s programs,
financials, and impact story. This is an individual contributor
position with no direct reports.
