Are you a Senior Automation management consultant looking to join a rapidly growing practice?
We are currently seeking a Senior RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Consultant to join our innovative team. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions to streamline business processes and drive operational efficiency.

This role is Hybrid-Variable, meaning you can work from home or the office as much or as little as you like. There will be some travel to various client sites across the UK and to our Salford Quays site, in Manchester, Leeds or London where most of the team are based, around 1 – 2 days a month.
What you’ll be doing:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in RPA technologies, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering RPA projects.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of RPA projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify automation opportunities that can deliver measurable value and ROI.
- Design scalable and efficient RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to document process workflows, identify automation candidates, and define success criteria.
- Develop and configure bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data extraction, and decision-making processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them in RPA development best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Continuously monitor and optimize deployed bots, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging RPA technologies, tools, and trends, and evaluate their applicability to our clients’ needs.
What you will bring:
- Deep experience in RPA development and consulting, with a strong focus on end-to-end project delivery gained within a management consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field OR relevant certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer)
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
- Experience with process discovery and mining tools is desirable.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality RPA solutions on time and within budget.
