They continually grow their business every year in the UK and International markets by innovation and acquisition.They now have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Brand Manager to launch and manage the life cycle of a portfolio of respiratory brands. You will work cross functionally to drive the strategic direction, implementation and growth of this portfolio by ensuring all key performance indicators are met through the implementation of the marketing business plan and NPD programmes:

• Delivering sales targets through the creation and implementation of a strategic and tactical marketing plan, working with cross functional teams, while keeping track of A&P expenditure
• Working across departments to launch profitable and innovative NPD
• Managing the life cycle of the brands and developing value propositions to enable engagement with payers, clinical stakeholders and 3rd party providers.

This pivotal role will suit an experienced brand manager or senior brand manager with agile thinking ability looking to develop their skills.Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous/current marketing experience from within the UK Pharmaceutical industry
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen
• Leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence others
• Agile thinker to be both proactive and reactive where needed
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be able to deliver against demanding objectives/targets
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills (balancing day to day requirements with project deadlines and a heavy workload)
• A firm understanding of multi-channel marketing including digital and social media
• Understanding of the NHS structure, funding routes and tenders (respiratory experience would be an advantage)
