Overview
Digital and Campus Services provides a responsive, integrated and customer-orientated service that brings together the digital and physical environments for students and staff, supporting their teaching, learning, research and administrative needs. Our purpose is to provide fit-for-purpose and innovative planning and delivery services that contribute to the success of ECU as a vibrant and progressive University.
The Digital Programs and Projects team works in consultation with stakeholders to deliver digital programs and projects across the University.
The Role
To better service ECU’s changing technology needs and strategic goals, a digital minor works program has been initiated.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in business analysis and a passion for driving positive change to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of the digital minor works program.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the Information Technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders and build positive relationship with diverse teams.
- Experience in working closely with stakeholders to extract, document, and prioritize business requirements across diverse projects, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in analysing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in utilizing various business analysis tools and techniques to drive effective decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
