The Business Analyst in the Data & AI Practice will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients to understand their problem domains and gather detailed requirements. • Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering
• Business and technical analysis: Perform thorough analysis of business processes and technical environments. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Proposal and Bid Development; Collaborate with the sales and Practice delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and bids for Data & AI projects and services.
• Mentoring and Development Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development in the business analysis field.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within a Data & AI or highly technical IT services environment.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git and associated automation within DevSecOps processes.
• Solid understanding of Data & AI technologies and solutions, including using AI tooling such as Copilot, Large Language Models and generative AI to accelerate requirements capture and testing.
• Experience with AI legislation and delivery best practice such as the EU AI act and associated requirements such as ethics, explainability and bias.
