From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.Responsibilities:Position Purpose:StoneX have embarked on an ambitious transformation of its Client Lifecycle Management processes and technology stack choosing Fenergo FenX as its strategic platform.The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of managing wholesale change with regards to client onboarding teams and platforms with a preference on candidates with cross border, multi-jurisdiction expertise in a top tier Financial Services environment. The candidate must have subject matter expertise knowledge of KYC & AML frameworks across global locations with excellent knowledge of regulatory change.The candidate must have experience of working on client onboarding, periodic refresh and event led programs as well as client record management. They will be adept at ensuring that client-facing front office functions are delivered favourable outcomes, our clients have positive CLM experiences with StoneX and compliance & financial crime prevention requirements are appropriately satisfied.They should have solid experience of coordinating senior stakeholders from Compliance, KYC and AML teams to drive complex decision making and favourable outcomes. They should also be a seasoned operator in gathering business & functional requirements and translating them into technical requirements in lockstep with Technology teams.The candidate should consider themselves a subject matter expert with the Fenergo FenX platform with previous experience of owning the adoption of the platform from initial scoping, requirements, blueprint, configuration & implementation.Primary duties will include:
- Represent Governance Technology Solutions as well as cross-functional teams from other StoneX departments, to help drive the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) programme, which is targeted at developing a more efficient, scalable, cost-effective and technology-focused plan for StoneX’s global customer onboarding and lifecycle efforts. This includes all touchpoints with customers from when they arrive at StoneX’s Client Portal through to their life as an active, engaged customer.
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior managers and run appropriate change governance forums.
- Ability to quickly navigate the organization ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement.
- Create implementation plans and articulate clear milestones and critical paths to ensure a successful transformation from legacy StoneX platforms to Fenergo FenX.
- Understand and document requirements (both technical and business led) across the onboarding domain.
- Problem solve for specific business led requirements such as client type, product requirements etc.
Qualifications:To land this role you will need:
- Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities appropriately in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to persuade, encourage, motivate, and read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines, cultures, and locations.
- Readiness to engage to interpret and apply laws, compliance regulations and policies.
- Demonstrate ability to synthesize large volumes of information and present it in a manner that is appropriate for differing audiences, ranging from global executive committee to technical teams.
- Strong written presentation and oral communication skills.
