Senior Business Analyst – Manchester Hybrid – Up to £75,000We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients operating as one of the UK’s largest property services organisations.As the Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for all key stakeholder engagement across the group with extensive experience working within business change.If you have experience working in the construction/property services this would be an ideal position for you!Key Skills and Responsibilities :

• To collaborate with stakeholders regionally to gather business requirements
• Conduct workshops and sessions to understand business processes, challenges and needs
• Facilitate communication between Stakeholders and other teams to drive productivity
• Create detailed documentation and specifications
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvements across projects and processes
• Monitor & evaluate the impact of changes.
• Present research reports to identify key insights to stakeholders for informed decision making
• Manage a portfolio of projects in terms of scope, time lines and ensuring functionality meets expectations
• Ensure alignment to product vision and road map for all documentation of business requirements, epics and user stories
