Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and supervision to the Carer Peer team.
  • Create a welcoming environment for carers and consumers.
  • Offer additional support resources and referrals as needed.
  • Contribute to service design discussions.
  • Participate in professional development and practice reflection.

Requirements and Attributes

  • Lived Carer experience.
  • Experience providing support and guidance to a team.
  • Desire to learn and contribute to program development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to social model of health and cultural safety principles.
  • Current Australian drivers’ license.
