Your path to impact starts here with UMFC as our newest Children’s Contact Service (CCS) Senior Case Manager.
The Role
As our next CCS Senior Case Manager, you will bring your skills to life by working collaboratively with the Team Leader with the day to day operations of the CCS and providing coordination and support to facilitate contact service delivery. Your journey extends beyond as you take charge of comprehensive intake, screening and assessment processes, manage a waiting list as well as being a contact point for new and existing clients.

Your Experience
To be eligible for this role a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Law, Social Sciences, or related fields, including Community Services is required.
You will be a person who brings a genuine heart; your adept communication skills, both written and verbal, will be paramount, coupled with experience in case management, particularly working with families and children with complex needs.
Your hands-on experience, sound knowledge of child development and their needs, particularly about issues associated with family conflict and contact issues, and your ability to maintain positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders will be invaluable in this role.
