Description of Work Unit | Founded in 1870, Colorado State University is among the nation’s leading research universities and enrolls approximately 32,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Located an hour north of the Denver metro area, Fort Collins is a vibrant community of approximately 157,000 residents that offers the convenience of a small town with all of the amenities of a large city. Fort Collins is situated on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains with views of 14,000-foot peaks, and offers access to numerous cultural, recreational, and outdoor opportunities. |
Position Summary | Reporting to the Executive Director of HCM Implementation, the Human Capital Management (HCM) Senior Change Management Analyst will play a key role to ensure the project (change initiatives) meets objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Senior Change Management Analyst will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. The Senior Change Management Analyst will act as a coach for the community members impacted by the project, helping them fulfill the role of change sponsors. The Senior Change Management Analyst will provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers, supervisors and those whose daily work will change to during the implementation and transition. The Senior Change Management Analyst will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. |
