About The JobRole: Senior Client Services Administrator
Location: Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire
Salary: Competitive and based on experience (Ballpark figure between £30,000-£35,000)
Logistics: Office working is preferred, but employer is flexibleCCP are partnering with a brand-new client based in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire to bring on a Senior Client Services Administrator for a St. James’s Place Partner Practice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the partner, meaning previous experience with an SJP advisor is required.This role is perfect for someone who is no longer looking to commute into the city and after years of doing so, is looking for more flexibility and work-life balance whilst understanding the importance and intensity that can come with the role.You will be the go-to for technical queries and you are therefore responsible for covering the full client journey.Full training on the systems will be provided via SJP and can take up to 3 months at the start of employment. Naturally, this individual needs to be a charismatic people person who is equipped with skills in numeracy and literacy.Strong financial acumen and business maturity will allow the successful candidate to work independently which is common in this role.This opportunity is being recruited for by CCP.
