StackAdapt was founded with a vision to be more than an advertising platform, it’s a hub of innovation, imagination and creativity.We are seeking a Senior Client Services Enablement Consultant who excels in identifying and bridging gaps in performance within specific regions or segments and can be a true thought partner to our Client Services Leaders. Your role will be pivotal in partnering with stakeholders, understanding the business need through data and recommending/implementing innovative enablement solutions tailored to unique regional or segment challenges. If you have a passion for understanding diverse client services environments and enjoy working with senior stakeholders to drive impactful enablement strategies, this is the role for you.Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Services Enablement, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our Client Services teams (Account Managers, Ad Operations, Client Success, Creative Studio, Analytics) are equipped with the skills, knowledge and tools to excel. You’ll act as a crucial link between global initiatives and local execution, ensuring that global strategies are effectively adapted and implemented on the ground.What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a thought partner by conducting a thorough analysis to identify gaps in sales performance and understanding the unique challenges of your assigned region or segment.
  • Recommending and developing/implementing innovative enablement solutions to address identified gaps, tailoring strategies to regional or segment-specific needs.
  • Co-building tailored enablement content focused on regional or segment needs.
  • Partner and build meaningful relationships with leaders and cross-functional teams to increase collaboration and productivity. Utilising data-driven insights to continually refine and improve enablement strategies, ensuring maximum effectiveness and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Playing a key role in the successful enablement of GTM enablement launches and the different stages: analyse, design, develop, implement, evaluate

We’ll be reaching out to applicants that have:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, specifically leading a region (3+ years)
  • Expertise in building world-class training and development programs with measurable results
  • Experience in stakeholder management with VP+ Strong industry knowledge and understanding of how to position StackAdapt’s capabilities in the market
  • Strong communicator; enjoys working cross-functionally with various teams
  • Strong knowledge of existing enablement tools like Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Gong, etc
  • Self-starter who is comfortable vocalising insights and opinions
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Reliable, with a strong sense of urgency
