Job description
As a Senior Clinician within the Take Two program, you will be responsible for carrying a caseload of clients who are at various stages of care. You will conduct assessments and develop therapeutic treatment plans guided by the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, working collaboratively with clients, families, and care teams to achieve specified goals.
- Location: Mildura Office in the Mallee Region (Travel across the region is expected)
- Employment Type: Fixed-term contract, Part Time, 3 days a week
- Salary: $112K plus super and Full private use of a Berry Street vehicle (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership within the Take Two team, supporting the Clinical Team Leader to meet key performance indicators.
- Supervise clinicians and students, ensuring high-quality clinical practice.
- Facilitate referrals and provide intake consultations for fee-for-service programs.
- Manage a complex caseload at various stages of care, conducting assessments and developing therapeutic treatment plans.
- Develop and implement training programs for external agencies.
- Provide face-to-face clinical services in metropolitan Melbourne and Gippsland, and nation-wide services via telehealth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Health or Welfare related field.
- Post Graduate training and experience in trauma-informed clinical work preferred.
