- Employment Type: Permanent and Fixed term positions available with the option of Part Time (4 days a week) or Full-time.
- Salary: $112K plus super and MVA $10,500 p/a + Salary Packaging (pro rata).
The Senior Clinician provides leadership within the Take Two team, offering intensive therapeutic services to children and families impacted by trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment. The role involves supporting the Clinical Team Leader, supervising clinicians, managing a complex caseload, and contributing to training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Clinical Team Leader and the team to meet key performance indicators.
- Provide clinical supervision to clinicians and students.
- Facilitate referrals and provide intake consultations for fee-for-service programs.
- Manage a complex case load at various stages of care.
- Conduct assessments and develop therapeutic treatment plans.
- Provide face-to-face clinical services in Metropolitan Melbourne.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Health or Welfare related field.
- Post Graduate training and experience in trauma-informed clinical work preferred.
