About the Role
As the Senior Coordinator of Academic Advising, you’ll spearhead program operations to ensure its success and scalability. Working closely with colleagues across various departments, you’ll coordinate a seamless annual cycle, overseeing key program outputs and implementation timelines. Your role will be pivotal in integrating complex systems to enhance student-adviser interactions, all while identifying opportunities for business and system improvements. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising extensive expertise in systems and processes, particularly in OneCRM, StudentOne, and Timetrade
  • Serving as a key liaison for enterprise systems and applications, data verification, and business process enhancements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams from across the university too ensure technical solutions and data integrations with core student-facing systems.
  • Creating and maintaining an annual advising and mentoring operating cycle informed by the broader student journey, incorporating crucial touchpoints throughout their semesters.

You will also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant administrative fields required; extensive experience is also considered.
  • Demonstrated high-level writing skills, showing flexibility across a range of purposes, audiences, and styles.
  • Proficiency in critically evaluating information from diverse sources, synthesising extensive data, and swiftly mastering subject matter expertise within assigned responsibilities.
  • High-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across systems, data, and platforms. Demonstrated use of networks to identify and solve issues.
