As the next Senior Corporate Affairs Analyst and Liaison Officer, you will support the Chief of Staff in providing leadership and coordination for President’s Office processes, performance and results tracking, reporting as well as provide support for operational management of presidential engagements. You will work collaboratively with representatives across the Centre to contribute to an integrated approach in supporting the President as the key representative of the Centre externally and of the leadership team internally.

You have:
- A graduate level degree in a relevant discipline, such as public or business administration, international affairs, or international development. A Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) would be an asset.
- Proficiency in English and French (reading, writing, and speaking).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant strategic and operational experience, leading organization wide coordination of initiatives.
- Substantial project leadership experience with the ability to track progress and drive outcomes.
- Advanced skills researching and recommending improvements to processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of and/or interest in the Centre’s mission and work as it relates to International Development.

- Advancing IDRC’s mission and strategic goals, supporting the current and future activities of the President’s Office by coordinating the operationalization of presidential annual performance objectives to ensure alignment with annual corporate priorities.
- Anticipating the President’s needs for information/guidance to inform decision making and ensures the development and delivery of comprehensive briefing packages.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Executing on the full range of internal and external engagements attended by the President including accompanying the President to key engagements.
- Undertaking research and analysis in relation to specific strategic initiatives of interest to the President.
- Using analysis and triage through the lens of corporate priorities and presidential objectives to coordinate the President’s workplan, including identifying forward-looking opportunities for presidential engagement with the full range of shareholders.
