Job description
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our thriving close-knit team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service, coupled with a keen attention to detail.You will also help support the Customer Service Manager and act as a Team Leader to the team by mentoring others in the team and showing strong leadership skills.Key responsibilities of the Senior Customer Service Advisor include:
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Provide feedback on customer service processes and procedures
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
- Support the secretarial and business support department as needed
- Support the other managers on projects as may be required and lead the team in their absence
- Mentor and train new customer service representatives, sharing best practices and providing support

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in a team leader/managerial role is highly desirable, but not essential

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Self-starter who is quick and adept at problem solving
- Be a confident, reliable and proactive individual
