Contract type: PermanentWhat to expectAn exciting opportunity has arisen in our CISO function to join as our Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst within our Cyber Operations team. Join us, as we embark on our Cyber Maturity Programme.As the Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for reducing Post Office’s cyber risk exposure by leading the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence. You will work closely with our cyber operations team to enhance our threat intelligence platform.You will also be responsible for gathering, analysing, and sharing threat intelligence, providing expert knowledge and guidance to relevant stakeholders within the Post Office and its subsidiaries.What we can do for youNow more than ever, we understand that attracting the right talent is pivotal in driving the positive change needed throughout our organisation. - Advanced understanding of common intelligence datasets, including commercial repositories of information relating to malware and internet data (domain, IP, NetFlow, certificate tracking, etc.), and closed sources including incident response and other bespoke collection.
- In-depth knowledge of related regional geopolitics/wider security landscape.
- Expertise with common threat analysis models such as the Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Extensive experience in conducting technical threat analysis and research, especially threat hunting.
