Senior D365 F&O Techno-Functional Consultant- D365 F&O Technical Architect, Techno-functional, technical consultant, Lead consultant, Technical Architect, Architect, D365, Dynamics 365, D365 F&O, D365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics AX, AX2012, AX2009, D365 – Contract – Hybrid – London, £70K-£80KOur large global end user client are looking for a Senior D365 F&O Techno-functional Consultant, to work on their global, multi-country D365 F&O implementation. You will work with the technical team to design and deliver the solution within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for the delivery of a standardized solution which will meet the business requirements of a global organization. As a Dynamics Architect, you will use cutting edge cloud and data technologies to streamline services.To be worked on a hybris basis (3 days a week on site in London).Key Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience delivering Dynamics portfolio including: D365 Finance, D365 Project Operations Attach, D365 Project Operations Sub, D365 Supply Chain Management, and D365 Team Members.
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments on a large scale based on global organization upward of 1.5B in revenue.
• Experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform
• Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate
• ERP data conversion, implementation, interface designing, mapping and deployment
• Familiarity with SAP ERP including data conversion will be plus
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
• Must have experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365
• Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies
• Provide Batch Job monitoring and issue resolution
• Provide Integration monitoring and resolution
• Experience across the full MS BI Stack – SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
• Experience on Microsoft Portals
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Demonstrated ability to work in matrix team environments, including strong stakeholder interface capability
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field.
• Over 7+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics implementations & support
• Proven development background with front-end web technologies, including JavaScript frameworks
• Database development experience to develop software solutions
• Strong desire to learn with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able translate business processes, requirements and concepts into technical development and deployment

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in a team with other Dynamics resources internally and externally using cutting edge technologies to solve challenging business problems for greenfield implementation of Microsoft Dynamics for global Organization
• Work with the team during data conversion, interface mappings, specifications, deployment and testing
• Utilize professional judgement, critical thinking skills and research to improve processes and resolve issues affecting program performance
• Prepare ad hoc presentations and report them to stakeholder alongside project manager.
• Build elegant, scalable, extensible, cost-effective solutions with an eye towards innovation and agility
• Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand client pain points and to self- troubleshoot as challenges arise
• Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets
• Design, write, unit test, and document application code to successfully deliver project-based work
• Work in an agile environment with participation in daily stand-ups/scrum
• Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code
• Be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends
• Ability to translate business requirements and processes into technical delivery options providing effective IT delivery of solutions
