Job Description

• Collect and verify project data.
• Clean, sort, categorize, and organize data.
• Analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data.
• Support M&E Manager is ensuring that AQBE partners have standardized data collection tools and instruments to measure standard project outcomes and outputs;
• Support M&E Manager is ensuring that AQBE partners have standard data collection dashboards;
• Capacity support for AQBE partners on standard data collection instruments and data dashboards;
• Support for the development of additional data collection tools, including digital tools, where possible, required for project delivery, including crisis response and adaptations;
• Any other duties related to the job assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of data collection oversight, data dashboard development and support
• USAID-specific data management experience (preferred);
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, masters degree is preferable in data management and data sciences
• Excellent communication and coordination skills  
• Excellent communication skills in Pashto, Dari
• Wiling to travel and conduct partner visits
