Senior Development Manager – Foundation and Corporate Philanthropy

Under UNSW’s current fundraising strategy 2015-2026, the
Development team has been focusing on building relationships with
significant major and principal gift donors while strengthening the
culture for philanthropy on campus. In support of this strategy and
ambitious plans they are seeking a new Senior Development Manager
who will report directly to the Director of Development and play a
leading role in driving UNSW’s efforts to grow and diversify its
philanthropic revenue streams from institutional donors, including
trusts, foundations and corporations.

To achieve success in this role you will be a lateral thinker
who brings a demonstrated track record of implementing strategies
to achieve significant philanthropic revenue targets, combined with
the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with
a portfolio of grant funders and corporate foundation partners. You
will ideally have developed this in a higher education
philanthropic fundraising role, however we are also open to
considering those who are looking for a change and are willing to
learn.

You will be someone who enjoys leading your team while also
developing strong and productive relationships across your
organisation, therefore gaining the trust and respect of your
internal stakeholders.
