Job description
This role is for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive where you will be integral in driving digital marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, results driven with strong analytical skills.
- Develop a digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and revenue working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager
- Support managing the external agencies with a focus on Brand identity, Social Media, Influencer campaigns, PR and Performance marketing
- Review existing digital campaigns, creating a content calendar and deploying a regular monthly email campaign driving revenue to .com increasing retention amongst consumers
- Produce monthly reports to review analytics and lessons learned
- Lead transformative multi-channel marketing campaigns with the branding agency
- Advice HQ and support on the development of content, and how to improve the UX across .com
- Act as a copywriter for internal and external partnerships
- Complete a monthly review on the competitor landscape making recommendations to improve current/future content to educate our target audience
- Analyse key performance data across all channels and identify trends that can be used to inform future business development and marketing spend
- Support the development of the Digital Marketing Executive by providing training and guiding

- 5+ years in digital marketing
- Extensive experience in managing agencies
- Proven experience of creating and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in Power BI and Google Analytics
- Detail orientated and results driven
- Able to lead on projects and taking ownership where needed
