POSITION OVERVIEW
EcoRise seeks a self-motivated, highly organized, adaptable, and experienced director to lead our development team and advance key partnerships nationally in alignment with the organization’s Vision 2025 strategic growth plan. The Senior Director, Development will be a member of the organization’s leadership team and will work alongside our board, advisory council, senior leadership, and staff to further the mission of EcoRise by providing strategic leadership, direction, and management for resource development. The Senior Director, Development will be responsible for designing and executing a multi-year development plan that includes innovative approaches to growing existing partnerships and cultivating new revenue opportunities to support programs nationally, including foundation support, corporate partnerships, and government grants. This position will report to the Co-Executive Director and supervise development staff and contractors.

TIMELINE AND COMPENSATION
This is a full-time, fully remote position with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 based on experience. Interviews will take place in April with an estimated start date of May 1, 2024. Benefits include an unlimited PTO policy with seven paid holidays and four weeks recess for all staff, flexible Fridays, insurance (including health, dental and vision), retirement plan contribution, $1,500 quality of life stipend, professional development stipends, and co-working expense reimbursement.
