This is a rare and strategic opportunity to take full ownership of the Employment Law offering within a highly regarded, collaborative Litigation team – working alongside talented Corporate Commercial colleagues on high-quality matters.The OpportunityAs the firm’s go-to Employment specialist, you’ll play a central role advising both employers and senior executives across the full spectrum of employment law, including:Drafting and negotiating contracts and service agreementsAdvising on grievance and disciplinary processes, restructures, redundancies and TUPEHandling Employment Tribunal claims and advocacyProviding responsive, commercially pragmatic advice to clients who rely on long-term trusted counselYou’ll also provide vital support on corporate transactions, bringing your employment law insight to mergers, acquisitions and restructures.
