Job Description

• Lead the structural design review process for building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions for various types of buildings.

• Provide technical expertise during the construction phase, ensuring that structural designs are implemented accurately and safely.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any structural concerns.

• Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the structural integrity of building projects.

• Review and approve construction documents, including drawings and specifications.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.

• Provide technical guidance and support during client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field

• 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on building projects.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
