Job Description
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivating the lab store team to meet objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Work with the Procurement Head business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
• Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
• Ensure all operations are conducted within recognized industry health and safety regulations.
• Devise metrics to measure lab store status and report these figures during monthly management meetings.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- General degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
• At Least 1 year of relevant Lab Supplies Store or Procurement experience
• Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
• Result oriented, strong attention to details and time management skills
• Demonstrates commitment to teamwork with good analytical and project mgt skills
• Experience as a change agent in an organization
• Familiar with B2B or B2C system
• Financial and Business Savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, BI tools.
