Senior Executive Assistant Manager (Student Development)

Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) https://www.ntu.edu.sg/eee is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the School is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 130 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 1,000 are graduate students.

We now invite applications for the position of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Student Development).

Reporting to the Assistant Director, EEE Students Office in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the incumbent plays a vital role in enhancing the campus experience for our students through the coordination and support of student club activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute diverse student club activities and events.

• Manage event logistics, including venue selection and equipment setup.

• Allocate budgets and track financial expenditure for each event.

• Implement effective communication strategies to engage students and stakeholders.

• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and university policies.

• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 2-5 years of experience in related field.

• Knowledge of university policies and regulations.

• Proficiency in event planning and communication.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.

• Commitment to student engagement and campus life.
