To strengthen our International Programmes Department in Zurich, we are looking for a:

Senior Expert CRB Programme Development 100%

Are you a senior programme professional with strong technical and operational expertise in child rights, child protection, child labour and responsible business programming who can lead and strengthen our programme delivery across cocoa, coffee, and other agricultural supply chains?

What makes your role special

• Combine strategic programme leadership, technical expertise, operational experience and partnership engagement in a highly international and impact-driven environment

• Lead and support multi-country programmes on child labour prevention, remediation, and community-based child protection

• Strengthen programme quality through technical guidance, monitoring, risk management, and capacity building

• Contribute to programme design, proposal development, and strategic partnerships with institutional and corporate donors

• Integrate learning, evidence and best practices across the programmes portfolio

• Undertake regular field visits in programme countries

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in international development, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Significant experience in international development, child protection, child rights, child labour and responsible sourcing/supply chain programmes

• Strong track record managing complex international programmes and partnerships

• Good understanding of child rights, safeguarding, and human rights frameworks, including UNGPs and HRDD

• Experience working collaboratively with country teams, internal and external service providers and institutional and corporate partners

• Strong strategic thinking, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in West Africa and familiarity with cocoa supply chains preferred

• Knowledge of CLMRS, systems-strengthening approaches, and agricultural livelihoods

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; German is a plus
