The Role
As a Senior Face to Face Programme Manager, you will nurture and grow a values-led and diverse team to drive performance against targets and KPIs for Oxfam GB’s direct engagement programme. You will lead the strategy and management of Oxfam’s Face to Face programme, overseeing both in-house operations and relationships with external Face to Face agency partners. You will embody Oxfam’s values and culture ensuring our activity maximises delivery to Oxfam while upholding our industry leading standards. In addition, you will be expected to be open-minded towards innovation and cross-channel collaboration as we explore exciting new opportunities.
What we are looking for
We’re seeking a skilled Senior Face-to-Face Manager adept at managing key processes and strategic planning up to three years ahead. They should excel in problem-solving and budget management, with a focus on enhancing programme performance and expanding activities. This role requires strong influence and negotiation skills to work effectively with partners and stakeholders. You will be ambitious, flexible, and organised: someone who can strike a good balance between being strategic, tactical & innovative. A forward-thinking mindset and a resourceful, driven approach to work are essential for this role.
