The role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Southern and Eastern Melbourne, you will be responsible for the delivery of family violence support services and programs by providing high quality clinical supervision across RAV’s Family Violence programs. You will be responding to a diverse range of issues such as working with individuals and families affected by trauma, violence, abuse and mental health difficulties using an integrative and co-ordinated practice response. This involves delivering your practice systemically, guided by contemporary evidenced based theory and research and choosing interventions that are most likely to bring about sustained positive change.
This role is located at our Cranbourne North Centre and is a permanent, full-time position with one evening shift included.
About you
- Degree qualified in social work, psychology or a related social science discipline.
- Graduate diploma or graduate certificate qualification in men’s family violence.
- Experience in facilitating men’s behaviour change (MBC) groups.
- Experience in the provision of high-quality assessment of individuals and families, where family violence is an identified risk.
- Full driver’s licence.

The base salary range is $113k-$117k per annum.
