Amazon Business is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver local acquisition and engagement tactics including content, industry events, content syndication, webinars and other tactics.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and optimisation of field marketing activity in UK and EU developing campaigns across channels including digital marketing and high-touch executive events. The individual will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and will have a track record of on-time delivery of projects. - Develop the marketing strategy to reach and engage c-suite and senior decision makers, through bespoke, 1-to-1, and 1-to-few initiatives
- Own planning and production for bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, Sponsorships across trade and association publications, etc.
- Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external media agencies and partners
- Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes
A day in the life
The Senior Field Marketing Manager is the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing teams.
They will dive deep with Sales to understand key business priorities, and work hand-in-hand with digital, content, and channel marketing teams to create and then execute an integrated marketing plan that supports those priorities.
They will act as the single point of contact for all of Marketing, driving visibility of upcoming initiatives to Sales, and reporting back campaign impact.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:London, GBRBASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
– Experience in marketing or marketing research
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
– Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
