about the opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Finance Manager will be a key contributor to the overall strategy of financial transformation with a focus on continuous improvement. Responsible for driving strategic operational priorities while supporting operational delivery of services, the role provides value-added insights and analysis to the CEO and Board to assist with decision making.
The Senior Finance Manager will lead a team of finance professionals, provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring and continuous professional development, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in a similar role, together with excellent business and commercial acumen, expertise in cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting along with strong analytical skills. Experience in leading and developing high performing teams and excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels is also required.
