Position Overview:
Our founder and Principal is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to support and expand our operations in Victoria and other southern states, including South Australia and Tasmania. This role is pivotal in growing our business and delivering exceptional HR services.
About You:
You are a seasoned HR professional with over 5 years of experience in senior HR business partnering, change management, and organisational development. You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional role and are passionate about developing leadership capability, implementing HRIS, and providing strategic and operational advice throughout the employment lifecycle.
Your service-oriented mindset and relationship-driven approach make you an effective consultant to numerous clients. You possess a strong knowledge across a broad range of HR functions and have experience with Employment Hero implementation to enhance client efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and review HR policies
- Lead the implementation of HRIS (Employment Hero)
- Develop and implement capability frameworks
- Organisational design and development
- Provide high-level IR and ER advice
- Support 360 end-to-end recruitment
- Drive business development initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years in a senior HR business partnering role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience with HRIS / Recruitment systems, particularly Employment Hero
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients in sectors such as homelessness, domestic violence, social housing, disability, and small business
