Senior Intelligence Analyst Job Overview
- Provide clear and timely intelligence analysis and research.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders including the Police and other law enforcement partners and local stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis of crime and security issues / events, using recognised analytical techniques and processes
- Produce high quality products and briefings via various mediums to various audiences.
- Support the wider Security Management Team with any other reasonable tasks, projects, or initiatives.

Main Duties
- Analyse crime trends and present actionable intelligence to provide advice or more effectively manage security resources.
- Identify offenders, and offending trends, that pose a threat to the client and key stakeholders and provide end to end casefile management.
- Create intelligence products to identify risk and vulnerabilities to our client’s operations and wider estate.
- Present intelligence, evidence and briefings to various audiences and forums including the client leadership and law enforcement partners.
- Produce statistical and overview reporting / trend analysis to support business functions, operational delivery, and KPI / SLA reporting.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships alongside promoting intelligence sharing with internal and external stakeholders including law enforcement partners, contractors, and retailer / tenant teams.
- Actively engage with internal and external customers to fully understand operational requirements and promote effective crime prevention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and Company and Client quality standards.
- Where appropriate, implement actions to protect the business and minimise non-compliance at all times.
- Work and communicate with other support functions as appropriate to ensure workflow is effective and delivers the right output in the right timescales.
- Provide training and oral briefings to client and leadership as required.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as designated by management or client on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Support and participate in serious incident response and management
What we are looking for
- Previous Crime and Intelligence experience
- Experience in writing strategic and tactical reports.
- An excellent communicator with experience in delivering oral and written presentations to senior leadership.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a strong teamwork ethic.
- A solid command of written and spoken English.
- Experience of working within a demanding environment
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Reliable, flexible, and discreet
- Experience of working in a controlled environment
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and achieve tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude and ability to deal with pressure professionally.
