• Report Structure: The successful candidate will report directly to the Design Director and work closely with clients and the design team.
• Client Liaison: Directly engage with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
• Design Development: Create and present comprehensive design schemes, including drawings, models, and material boards.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Technical Documentation: Produce detailed schedules for construction, electrical, and bespoke joinery packages.
• Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure high standards and project progress.
• Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to junior designers and coordinate project information effectively with the team.
• This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK

Skills Necessary for this Senior Interior Designer Role

• Qualifications: Industry-recognized diploma or degree in Interior Design with 5+ years of experience in high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Client Interaction: Proven ability to handle client relations professionally and effectively.
• Design Documentation: Expertise in creating technical drawings and comprehensive interior package documentation.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with current building regulations and technical/structural details.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and integrate project information.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, EstiMac, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign essential)
• Must have a degree in Interior Design
