The Senior Project Manager will be joining an experienced, committed, and fast-paced team of conservation real estate professionals working on impactful land transaction projects across the nation.
The person in this position will deliver TPL’s mission of conserving land for people by utilizing nonprofit land acquisition techniques and sound business practices. The Senior Project Manager will develop relationships with key stakeholders including local, state and federal agencies, tribes, community groups, and private landowners, to protect priority lands. This Senior Land Conservation Project Manager will focus their land transaction work in two primary geographies, the I-90 Snoqualmie Corridor and the Hood Canal / Olympic Peninsula region.
The ability to work independently is essential. Tasks include working with the Washington State Conservation Director on developing a pipeline of projects while also closing conservation deals that advance TPL’s mission and fundraising goals. The person in this role will also occasionally assist with strategic planning, collaborate with TPL’s national team, and support marketing and philanthropy. The position will be assigned to the Seattle, WA, office; however, a remote/hybrid work set-up is also an option.

QUALIFICATIONS
As a full-time exempt employee, you will be eligible for Trust for Public Land’s comprehensive benefits program which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation, ten+ holidays, a winter break, and a 403(b) retirement plan, currently with an up to 7% company match. The anticipated hiring range for this role is $95,000-105,000. Offers are commensurate with experience.
