Financial Services Litigation / Banking Litigation (Senior Associate – Legal Director), Bristol:Vasto Legal Recruitment are working exclusively with a highly regarded law firm based in Bristol on an opportunity for a Financial Services / Banking Litigation Senior Associate – Legal Director to join their highly-revered Dispute Resolution team.If you are a Lawyer with 5+ years post-qualified experience advising banking / financial services clients in a broad range of litigation then we would be interested in speaking with you and discussing the opportunity. You will be 5+ PQE to be considered for Senior Associate and 8+ PQE for Legal Director title.The Firm:This established and full-service law firm has a growing presence nationally, acting alongside and against leading international law firms nationwide in all practice areas. The firm offers an exceptional working environment – many Lawyers have flexible working arrangements and hybrid working is commonplace and highly flexible. As such, the firm continues to grow and attract Lawyers from leading law firms nationwide with multiple examples at all levels.Requirements:We require an individual with wide-ranging experience advising on dispute resolution within the banking / financial services sector. This is quite a wide-brief so the team are open to considering those with specialist experience in this area and who would like to either continue with this specialism or are open to further expanding their offering using their translatable experience.Aside from litigation experience in this sector, the character traits of any Lawyer joining the team are highly important. The team are looking for a self-starter – there is plenty of work coming through and opportunity in abundance to take over client relationships and support in further growing the team and offering.
