- Senior Lawyer – Native Title / Commercial / Litigation
- Our client’s remuneration is above industry standards. $130k +
- Litigation, Mediations, Advisory and Federal Court work
THE ROLE
You will work closely with teams of Lawyers and Legal support staff on Native Title matters including:
- Litigation, mediation, negotiation and advise on compensation applications.
- Litigation, mediation and negotiation in relation to native title determination applications filed in the Federal Court.
- Provide advice in the context of native title determination applications.
- Negotiate, draft, review and advise complex agreements (such as Indigenous Land Use Agreements).
ABOUT YOU
Experience within Native Title and or Litigation and Federal Court experience highly regarded.
