Anderselite are currently working with a specialist Engineering contractor who have an urgent requirement for a Senior or Lead Estimator to work in thier offices/sites in the Southern region.To be considered for this role you MUST have experience working in either the Rail, Civils or Infrastructor sectors and have worked at Senior/Lead Estimator level. Please see the below short overview of responsibilities;

• Reviewing tender documents and highlighting any potential issues
• Pricing and producing tender submissions from first principles
• Analytical estimating; producing net cost estimates
• Preparing tender adjudication documents
• Liaison with clients and Consultants as required
• Producing pricing documents, procurement enquiry packages and materials schedules from drawings and specifications
• Familiar with tendering Civil Engineering projects and safety & security critical Infrastructure contracts.
• You will have a demonstrable knowledge of CESSM, SMM7 and of Construction Contracts such as NR, NEC and ICC forms.
• Proficient in the use Excel and estimating software such as Causeway.
• Have a technical understanding of Civil Engineering processes and will have a history of successfully winning a variety of projects.
