The School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences is at the forefront of higher education in Pharmacy as well as Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Forensic, Cosmetic and Chemical Sciences. The School has excellent working relationships with industry, regulatory bodies and the NHS and has recently achieved the Athena Swan bronze award. 

We have recently refurbished our clinical teaching suites and have built a new 6-bed simulated hospital ward to expand our clinical teaching facilities and are looking to grow our team commensurately. We are looking for a highly professional, enthusiastic, and committed individuals to join us. We are seeking GPhC registered pharmacists (or other UK-registered healthcare professionals with experience in clinical practice, and ideally experience of medical simulation and/or inter-professional education.

You will have a degree (or equivalent) in pharmacy or related clinical discipline and ideally an independent prescriber qualification. The ideal candidate will also have substantial teaching experience in clinical pharmacy related areas, within the MPharm programme and postgraduate Independent Prescribing.  Experience in developing, delivering, and assessing activities related to experiential learning as well as supervision of pharmacy students on placements would be advantageous.

You will be expected to make significant contributions to the Master of Pharmacy programme and pharmacy related postgraduate programmes, as well as other undergraduate and postgraduate programmes appropriate to your expertise. You will also be expected to actively engage in the development of new undergraduate and post-graduate programmes in relation to your discipline.
