Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Legal Assistant with housing law experience to join our local authority client on a long term locum basis.Covering a 12 month maternity leave, this role will be to start Mid May.Duties will include:

• Housing disrepair: defending claims, assessing liability, causation and level of compensation
• Possession and injunctions work: drafting NOSP’s particulars of claims and drafting orders
• Advice on homelessness matters: reviews and appeals
• Advocacy in the County Court (optional)
