Senior Legal CounselA leading energy company based in South Wales is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their in-house team.Remote working is available with office attendance required 2 to 3 days per week.The role will focus on supporting the General Counsel will a broad range of legal matters including general commercial contracts, innovation contracts, IT/Cyber work, data protection and regulatory matters.Applications are sought from England & Wales Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE who have strong commercial, projects or construction experience gained from working in-house or at a high-quality national firm. Solid experience of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts is essential along with the ability to manage a wide range of legal matters including procurement regulations, commercial disputes, property litigation, data protection and IT.
