Lead Legal Counsel – TreasuryYour Role:As Lead Legal Counsel for Treasury, you’ll be at the heart of our financing activities, ensuring NewDay remains at the forefront of innovation. You’ll work closely with our Treasury team to analyse financing options, negotiate key documents, and manage relationships with external counsel. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in safeguarding our business and ensuring we continue to lead in the financial sector.What You’ll Do:

• Lead the charge on sophisticated financing structures, including asset-backed securitisations and debt capital market transactions.
• Collaborate with Senior Executives and other stakeholders to manage risks and deliver optimal commercial outcomes.
• Provide practical, day-to-day legal advice to the Treasury team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations.
• Stay ahead of the latest legal developments and drive change to keep NewDay at the cutting edge.
• Build strong internal relationships, actively engaging with team members across the business.

What You’ll Bring:

• A qualified solicitor with 2-4+ years PQE in sophisticated financing structures.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including Senior Executives.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where creativity is encouraged.
