Our client are a leading bank, looking to hire a lawyer with 4+ years’ experience to join their highly regarded team.The successful candidate will be working closely with the business on retail banking product development and launches during an exciting time of growth. The scope of work on offer in the role is very broad and you will be advising on secured and unsecured lending products and regulatory projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to move in-house to a highly regarded legal team in this space and work closely with the business on exciting new product launches.Please note that the role requires the successful candidate to be based in Birmingham at least once per week.Skills required

• Qualified Lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE gained within the consumer finance space
• Experience in the secured or unsecured lending space
• Ideally, you will have non-contentious experience in mortgages, credit cards, point of sale finance, personal loans etc. however this is not a pre-requisite.
• Ability to travel to Birmingham once per week.
