In the role of Senior Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure Logistics networks form for competitive advantage and growth while optimizing service and cost.
• Work closely with EMEA Order Fulfilment and Demand Planning and Distribution & Logistics teams manage inventory and distribution effectively
• Partner with IT, Procurement and service providers on integration of fulfillment data and systems
• Deliver best in class service levels. Create business cases for innovative D2C and e-comm operations, fulfillment, delivery and return offerings
• Create and communicate weekly and monthly performance scorecards for each channel.
• Continuously scan the Logistics industry for competitive environment best practices and provide team quarterly updates and recommendations.
• Lead business and operational process improvement initiatives focused on delivering improved service levels, reducing costs and increasing operational efficiencies.

We are looking to speak to candidates with extensive experience in Logistics Management. More specifically we want to hear from candidates that have supported an on-line, direct to consumer operation. Ideally you will have worked within FMCG. Candidates from within global logistics companies are also encouraged to apply. Academics and qualifications within Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain or Business would be ideal. You will require strong analytic, planning, financial, compliance and communication skills. Finally, candidates will need to be passionate about their career and have great energy levels in line with the brand.
