About the role

Join CatholicCare NT as the Senior Manager of Domestic, Family, and Sexual Violence. Lead and innovate impactful programs, drive strategic planning, engage stakeholders, and inspire teams to support survivors and foster healthy relationships. Make a real difference in the fight against domestic violence.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in Bachelor’s of Master’s degree in Social Work, Social Science, Public Health or similar fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a Senior Management role within the Social Services sector.
  • Experience providing a high level of leadership, communication, interpersonal skills along with able to manage budgets, resources and reporting requirements inline with contract guidelines.
