He or she will provide leadership and direction for the Retail Logistics team and build close working relations ships with internal stakeholders and major retail partners. In addition as the Operations Oracle super user this role will provide leadership for actions arising out of the system implementation.Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do:

• Manage the development and performance of their team through a culture of coaching, skill development and increased accountability.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and procedures for the retail logistics operation.
• Set up and analyze key performance indicators to rectify gaps, optimize the customer experience, and drive continuous improvement and world class Service.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and resolve problems encountered during the retailers’ order process and offer optimal solutions.
• Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
• Represent the operations team as Oracle ERP business lead, driving the post hyper care support to continuously enhance the system, identify the core issues, prioritize the business needs and amplify the post go-live impact on business, costs, efficiency and standardization.
• Identify process inefficiencies and issues and implement strategic solutions.
