You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of their marketing strategy. From managing digital campaigns to enhancing their brand presence, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage the execution of all marketing activities outlined in the plan, including but not limited to:
- Email marketing campaigns
- LinkedIn posts and engagement
- Website updates and maintenance
- Creation of marketing collateral such as stands, brochures, and promotional items
- Preparation of company presentations and pitches
- Develop and maintain standard documents for presentations, proposals, and reports, collaborating with external agencies when necessary.
- Manage the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and leveraging it effectively for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide support to the team in creating compelling presentations and proposals for client engagements.
- Liaise with branding agencies and website designers to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Curate and manage the photo library, including case study images and other visual assets.
- Develop and maintain a library of case studies showcasing successful client projects and outcomes.
- Collect and utilise client testimonials to enhance credibility and showcase their expertise.
- Support in the preparation and submission of applications for industry awards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development plans with the overall marketing and communications strategy.
- Generate engaging content for various marketing channels, demonstrating strong writing and design skills.
- Lead and manage public relations activities to enhance their public profile and engagement with stakeholders.
- Assist in promoting events hosted by the team, such as roundtable discussions and seminars.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within a consultancy or real estate environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Experience in public relations and event management is desirable but not essential.
