The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the Colleges’ multi-channel marketing plans to support all domestic and international student recruitment activity, to support all communications out of the Colleges and to manage the consistency of the brands internally and externally.

This is a FTC (maternity cover for approx 8-9 months).

Long Description

Main Duties

Content Creation and Campaign Delivery

  • Manage the brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging for the Colleges. Leveraging NAE tools and process.
  • Manage the development, production, and delivery of all the colleges’ campaigns and promotional literature, including copy writing and visual imagery in collaboration with the Nord Anglia central and regional teams.
  • Manage the setup with local and national advertising agencies to support the Colleges’ events and courses.

Digital Marketing

  • Create and execute tactical marketing campaigns, to support new student recruitment for all courses and support the retention of existing students
  • Develop and implement the social media strategy for the Colleges and enable the China Marketing Manager to represent the Colleges and D’Overbroeck’s effectively on Chinese social media.
  • Maximise the use of content marketing through online and offline channels with the support of Nord Anglia central and regional teams.
  • Manage and optimise the Colleges’ websites as required with support from Nord Anglia central and regional teams.

Performance Management, Tracking and Reporting

  • Ensure the marketing pipeline is fully maintained, ensuring best practice principles are implemented.
  • Ensure that there is a robust system in place for alumni tracking and results
  • Enable colleges’ key messages are accessible and can be shared to stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Take responsibility for monitoring marketing spend and for periodic review/reporting against the set marketing budget.
  • Maintain local digital marketing results and ensure co-ordination with Nord Anglia Digital Performance team.

Event Planning

  • Plan advertising and promotional activities in UK in liaison with the Global Recruitment Unit (GRU) and support the GRU to plan promotional activities overseas
  • Support the Director of Admissions (OxSFC) in the delivery of recruitment events General
  • Always carry out any duties in accordance with the College’s policies including Health and Safety, Child Protection and Safeguarding Policies
  • Incorporate into the role the philosophy of the values and vision stated by Nord Anglia Education Group
  • Undertake any other responsibilities commensurate with the grade of the post
